01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the phyaya website, mobile platform, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the phyaya Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with phyaya's Privacy Policy and any specific game rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions published on the Platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

phyaya reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

02 Eligibility & Age Verification

To be eligible to register and use the phyaya Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a phyaya employee;
• You have not previously been excluded from the phyaya Platform or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement that would prohibit your participation in online gaming.

phyaya employs age verification procedures at the point of registration and may request supporting documentation — including a government-issued ID such as a Philippine passport, SSS card, UMID, or driver's license — to confirm your eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

03 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the phyaya Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phyaya reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. phyaya is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Providing false or misleading information — including a false date of birth — is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phyaya account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. phyaya will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify phyaya immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

phyaya is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to cooperate fully with phyaya's KYC procedures, which may include providing copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phyaya accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions on the phyaya Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). phyaya does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the phyaya cashier page and may vary by payment method. phyaya reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time. Players are advised to check the current limits before initiating a transaction.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be delayed pending completion of KYC procedures. phyaya aims to process verified withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya in real time; bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take one (1) to three (3) business days. phyaya is not responsible for delays caused by the recipient financial institution.

4.4 Fraud Prevention

phyaya employs fraud detection systems to monitor all transactions. Any account suspected of fraudulent activity — including but not limited to unauthorized use of payment methods, chargeback abuse, or money laundering — will be suspended pending investigation. phyaya reserves the right to withhold funds and report suspicious activity to the relevant Philippine authorities.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

phyaya offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry periods. The following general conditions apply to all phyaya bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred or exchanged for cash except where explicitly stated;
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn;
• phyaya reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or exploitation of software errors — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account termination;
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotion's terms.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the phyaya Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. The following general gameplay conditions apply across all phyaya games:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers;
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, phyaya's system will record the state of the game at the point of disconnection. Bets already placed will be settled according to the game outcome; phyaya is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's side;
• phyaya reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed after a game round has concluded or bets resulting from a software malfunction;
• Winnings from voided bets will not be paid out. The original stake will be returned to the player's account balance;
• Players must not use any software, tool, or strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players, including but not limited to bots, scripts, or exploit techniques.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phyaya Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account policy;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms;
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund your account;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phyaya staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to obtain credits, winnings, or other benefits not legitimately earned.

08 Responsible Gaming

phyaya is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all phyaya account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the phyaya Platform.

To activate any of these tools, log in to your phyaya account and navigate to the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings, or contact our 24/7 support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the phyaya Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, and video — is the property of phyaya or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any phyaya content without prior written consent from phyaya. Unauthorized use of phyaya's intellectual property may result in legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phyaya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

phyaya's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phyaya account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phyaya does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phyaya makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose.

11 Privacy & Data

phyaya collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the phyaya Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phyaya implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and phyaya cannot guarantee absolute data security.

12 Termination

phyaya reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• At phyaya's sole discretion, for any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players.

Upon termination for cause, phyaya reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance. Where termination is not due to player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of applicable verification procedures.

You may close your phyaya account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course following account closure.

13 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

phyaya operates in the Philippine online gaming market and is committed to compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the phyaya Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

14 Amendments

phyaya reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, phyaya will endeavour to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the phyaya Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
